Rachel has lived and breathed Acrofitness since she was born. She is Ms. Marie’s niece from our Connecticut studio. (now owned & operated by Playstrong Group LLC)

Most of the students might recognize her from various events she has participated in over years past and her “fathead” on the purple room wall!

We are so excited to have her join our North Carolina Team!

I am 14 years old.
I’ve been doing Acro for 6 years.
I performed with white team for a year before joining the Allstar Team
I have been a part of the Allstar team for the last 5 years.
I have been an instructor for 2 years and love teaching kids new skills.

I like being part of the team and knowing that I have a family here at Acro to support me. The friendships I have made with the people here are amazing and my love for Acrofitness will last a lifetime.

I am the senior member of the Acrofitness staff team. I am a Mooresville native and a secretary by trade. I have been married to my husband, Michael, for 46 years and we are the honored parents of two sons, Mark(44) and Ray(41). We have six grandchildren – Andrea(19), Aleigh(16), Catie(14), Nick(13) McNeely, and Cody and Courtney Blackwelder(12). I have been associated with Acrofitness since 1998, and have been a staff member since 2000. I am thankful to be a member of the Acrofitness team and feel that they offer a much-needed program for young people. I feel that one of the reasons for the success of Acrofitness, aside from the program itself, is the willingness of each staff member and instructor to work together as a team.

Been at ACRO since I was 1 (almost 2).
This is my first year as a junior instructor.
I have been performing on Chix for 1 year. This is my second year on Chix.
I have been on swim team and love to read!

I love all the people at ACRO and I really enjoy working with them. I wish one day that I can get my ariel and become an instructor at ACRO when I am in High School!

This will be my first year as a junior instructor.
This is my 3^rd year taking Acro classes.
Outside of Acro I play many sports including baseball, basketball and golf.
I also participated in my schools musical this year.

I believe in fitness and want to make others believe. I think my third year at Acro will be my best, and I can’t wait to become a bigger part of the Acro family.

I am 14 years old and a freshman at South Iredell IB high school.
I have been doing Acrofitness since I was 9 years old.
This will be my sixth year on the performing team.
This is my first year as a junior instructor and I am so excited!
I am a cheerleader at my high school and I play lacrosse.

I love to work with kids and I am so glad that I am a part of the 2011-2012 Acrofitness staff. Looking forward to a fantastic year!

I have been participating in Acrofitness for 6years as a Team Member of Funky Flips and Total NRG.
I am going to be a freshman at South Iredell High School within the IB program.
I cheer at my high school and play lacrosse for a club team.

I am 16 years old and a junior at Lake Norman High School.
This will be my 7^th year of Acrofitness
This is my4^th year on the Allstar team.
My activities outside of Acrofitness consists of…
- I play snare drum in the Lake Norman Wildcat Marching Band
- I play flute in Wind Ensemble
- I participate in Testify Youth Choir.

I am extremely excited to be an Assistant Instructor at Acrofitness this year and hope to be involved with Acrofitness for years to come.
