The Quickie
There’s always time for a QUICKIE! A class everybody can do. This class consists of short intervals of cardio and strength training adaptable for every level from beginner to advanced. More calories are typically burned during interval training. This class format allows your body to work harder for a longer period of time than if you were training continuously.
Zumba
