General ACROFITNESS®

Beginner & intermediate, non-stop movement combining non-competitive gymnastic tumbling and fun fitness skills. Classes are divided by age.

Acro 1-4; Acro 5-7; Acro 5+; Acro Open; Acro 8+; Boys 5+

Advanced Tumbling

Girls must be able to pull up from back bend (“bridge”). Emphasis on walkover and handspring skills.

Fitness Plus class strongly recommended for ultimate conditioning. Boys must have a back extension

Elite Tumbling

Student must have a consistent standing back handspring, roundoff back handspring and a front handspring.

Fitness Plus is strongly recommended for ultimate conditioning.

Xtreme Tumbling

Student must be able to walk on hands for 30 feet, consistent consecutive standing back handsprings, roundoff and standing back tuck.

Girls must have all walk over skills, and superior technique is mandatory. Fitness Plus is strongly recommended for ultimate conditioning.

Fitness Plus

Unique fitness and team specific performance skills. Student must be at the Advanced Tumbling level to participate in this class.

Acro Cheer

Cheerleading basics – arms, jumps, stunts and cheer specific tumbling.

Acro HipHop

Funky, “clean” hiphop dance combined with a little break dancing and our unique fitness moves.

This class may be substituted by team members for fitness plus. This is a fitness plus class with a dance flare.

Acrofitness Free Running “AFFR”

Parkour/Free running class. “Spiderman” type class. Tumblers will be introduced to wall flips and other “tricking” skills

Trix

A class based on learning the elements of stunts and lifts. This is an exclusive class required for the Allstar Team.

Teams

“Fitness is Fun” promoters. Must have above average skill, commitment and dedication to the Acrofitness® program.

One year of ACROFITNESS® required or teacher recommendation. Tryout required.

Privates

Set up a 30 minute training session with an instructor of your choice to work anything from fitness skills to tumbling skills.

By appointment only, 50% deposit required.

Attention Monday & Friday classes, you have 2 classes to make up anytime during this season (Aug 2011 – May 2012).

The monthly payment is actually a tuition payment based on 34 classes from the beginning to end of our season.  However, when we counted the number of classes, each specific day receives 36 classes with the exception of Monday’s.  To make things perfectly fair we have decided to allow the Monday classes to take two additional classes of their choice at anytime throughout the end of May 2012.

Because our fitness festival and dress rehearsal take place on Fridays (because we use the Cove Church to hostthis event) we will have to cancel those Friday classes (May 4th & 18th)  Therefore, the Friday classes may also take two additional classes at their convenience at anytime for the remaining of the year.

Acrofitness® Rates

All fees are non-refundable.

All tuition payments are due on the first class of month.

$10.00 late fee after 2nd class.

$25.00 returned check fee per incident.

Tuition is based on a yearly rate and is broken down into 10 convenient monthly payments.

$25.00 Walk-in Trial Class

Payment required with signed waiver prior to class, applicable to registration.

If registered within the same month, $25.00 will be applied to registration.

If registered in a different month, we will still apply the $25.00 to registration, but charge a prorated rate of $15.00 for the previous class taken.

$15 for third child

Free for fourth child & beyond

Second Class $50.00

Third Class and each additional class $45.00

$135.00 per month
